Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Delhi and an M.Ed. from the prestigious Central Institute of Education (C.I.E.), Dr. Singh seamlessly bridges the worlds of academic rigor and grassroots social impact. His versatile career spans high-level government advisement, university teaching, and impactful development programs with international organizations.

His extensive portfolio includes serving as a Senior Consultant for the Bhartiya Bhasha Samiti (a High-Power Committee under the Ministry of Education, Government of India) and working as an Education Expert for the UN-Women anchored Second Chance Education, Vocation and Entrepreneurship Learning Program through PRADAN.
