As a visionary leader in watershed management, Mr. Milind has directed the planning, execution, and monitoring of 103 mini-watershed projects. Spanning across four major Indian states, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, these projects treated over 111,450 hectares of land. Under his guidance, a multidisciplinary team of 83 professionals successfully managed complex micro-level field implementations and rigorous desk monitoring. His strategic execution earned 12 projects prestigious awards from the Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology (CAPART), the Government of India, and NABARD Gujarat.
