An adept financial steward and strategic fundraiser, Ms. Swati has demonstrated exceptional capability in grant management and institutional collaboration. As a Team Leader, she directly managed over 20 Crores INR for critical development projects. Furthermore, in her executive capacity, she spearheaded fundraising initiatives that secured approximately 100 Crores INR from a prestigious portfolio of corporate and institutional donors.
Her proven track record includes successful partnerships with NABARD, the National Institute of Rural Development (Hyderabad), SIDBI, Rashtriya Mahila Kosh (New Delhi), Tata Trusts, and the CSR wings of major multinational entities such as Coca-Cola, HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
